Refund policy
All Joy on Tap orders are custom products made-to-order so we are unable to accept returns due to buyer's remorse. Please make sure you are certain about the product design and size before ordering.

Please include your order number and photos of the issue (if applicable) to help us resolve your claim quickly.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange for misprinted/damaged/defective items, a request must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@joyontap.store.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can look into the issue and make it right.Contact us at hello@joyontap.store.

Cancellations
We can only accept cancellations before the order has gone to print. Once the order has been processed, we are unable to issue a refund. Please contact us at hello@joyontap.store as soon as possible.Notification for EU Consumers
According to Article 16(c) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:- the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
therefore Joy on Tap is unable to offer the 14 day cooling off period.
