Shipping policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We work with multiple print-on-demand companies who create your products once you place your order. They operate worldwide so your product will be produced, wherever possible, in a location near you.
Shipping Times
Shipping time differs for each product and shipping location. Currently, we are only able to ship within the UK, but we'll be adding new countries soon.

These times are estimates provided to us by our production partners. We do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible but we cannot take responsibility for situations outside of our control, such as, postal strikes or service delays.
Tracking Your Order
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will, whenever possible, include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Once you receive your shipping confirmation email, please allow the maximum shipping time estimate (see table above) for your order to arrive. If you haven’t received your order within this time, please contact us at hello@joyontap.store with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping Rates
All of our prices include shipping to the UK in the price. Currently, we are only able to ship within the UK, but we'll be adding new countries soon.
Import Duties and Tax
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases. Joy on Tap is not responsible for these charges (if they are applied) and are your responsibility as the customer.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Our product fulfillment companies can ship to some P.O. Box addresses. However, some couriers are unable to deliver to these addresses and some products are often too big to ship to P.O. Box addresses. Please contact us at hello@joyontap.store to see if we can accommodate you.
Wrong Address
Please ensure your address is correct. If you provide us with an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our production facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
If you enter your address incorrectly, please contact us as soon as possible. Whenever possible, we will update the address before it gets dispatched.
Unclaimed Parcels
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our production facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to you (if and as applicable).
Refunds
All Joy on Tap orders are custom products made to order so we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to buyer's remorse.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way or is the wrong product, please email us as soon as possible at hello@joyontap.store with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as we can!
